Le Pré aux Clercs invites you to discover the world of George Blanc brasseries. The menu of the restaurant brings you back to the old times when our grandmothers were cooking typical French dishes. There are over 350 different references for wine lovers, with appellations you cannot find elsewhere, and some of the greatest bottles of Burgundy.

DZ'Envies

At DZ’Envies, the chef David Zuddas brings the fusion between Burgundy and abroad. His cuisine is always evolving, to put the quality into cooking, to make surprising and tasteful dishes. It’s better to book in advance!

Origine

At Origine, the chef Tomofumi Uchimura, enlights the flavors of the products of earth and water of Burgundy, in a contemporary space. The products come from local producers. Depending of the season, the chef will offer a menu with vegetables, flowers, plants, and mushrooms from Burgundy. Everyday for lunch, a surprise menu, inspired by the freshness of the products and the mood of the chef will be available.

CIBO

It is inside an old classic stone from the 17th century that the one-star Michelin gastronomic restaurant CIBO take place. The restaurant is bathed in light by a large glass roof, which, when open, gives way to a magnificent outdoor room. Angelo Ferrigno, the youngest Michelin-starred chef in France, sources his food exclusively from within a 200km area and creates a trendy cuisine with raw, natural, and Nordic influences. Let yourself be guided and surprised by this unique menu created in the morning at the Dijon market. Reservations are strongly recommended (sometimes weeks in advance).

Parapluie

At Parapluie restaurant, you’ll eat a home-made cuisine, made with fresh seasonnal products, coming from the market. The chef Chern Gan, works with the greatest care for these products, adding a touch of fantasy, and some Asian notes.

In La Cave se rebiffe, you’ll find a selection of tapas and different meals every day. The product selection is made very carefully, with mainly local and organic produce. There are more than 250 wines to choose from, in organic, biodynamic, with all the different French wine regions represented.
